The NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim class was created in 1993 to help people just like you live happier, more rewarding lives. The course was created to help you realize that you yourself are in charge of your personal security (hence the word “personal”), and the Refuse To Be A Victim seminar will show you how you can live the peaceful, rewarding life you’ve worked so hard to achieve, simply by refusing to be a victim.
